I couldn’t find much info on them while researching but am thinking they are from the 50s or 60s. I was excited to find several different pieces offered that I have available in other. Set of 5 Small Plates。The Sweet & Low pattern on Royal Ironstone by Royal China USA is a hard to find design. I couldn’t find much info on them while researching but am thinking they are from the 50s or 60s. I was excited to find several different pieces offered that I have available in other listings. They are beautiful! 。The floral design is in a goldish brown, accented with darker brown on a sponged look background. The sponge look is kind of a gold color with maybe a little tint of olive green. The colors would look good with a mustard yellow decor, browns or let it stand out with turquoise’s. They are a little hard to describe and where even harder to get good photos of.。The plates are in excellent vintage condition, showing light utensil marks. One of the plates has a rust spot on the bottom (top left in photo 8) and one is a little rough on the bottom (bottom right photo 8). These plates don’t have a makers stamp on the bottom but the stamp on the back of the dinner plates in this pattern that I have listed show that they are Made In USA, Detergent-Proof, Oven-Proof, Dishwasher-Safe, Underglaze.。Besides being great to eat off of, maybe serving your favorite dessert or snacks they would make perfect decorative display plates.。See my other listings for more pieces in this pattern.。Approximately:。6 1/4” diameter。
